Health/physical problems with dry air? - side effects space heaters

My old room is a loft, which has already been completed, with the exception that no heat or AC. No air circulation at all. I use a heating and air in the chamber is completely dry. Since it was installed in this room, my skin is terribly dry and calm, cold, feeling lethargic and sleeping all the time. Is this all to do the dry air, lack of exercise? If so, is the addition of a spray counter to the negative side effects I experience something?
