A small, free, and overall effectiveness of the program Spybot Search and Destroy.

There are several steps to regain control of your system.

1) Start> Run> msconfig. Disabling services and programs that will be loaded automatically at startup. Later, you can reactivate in a simple way to all those who want to autoload.

The most important service to disable Messenger from Microsoft. Click the Services tab, scroll to Messenger (a list in alphabetical order).

2) SafeBoot your system. During startup, press F8. In the menu, select Safe mode with network support.

3) Run Spybot.

Perhaps you have a rootkit virus. If you can not kill himself, then became part of your Windows system.

In this case, you need a version of the 30-day trial version of Kaspersky installation.

If you need help, you must send the warning message on your question. We need to identify the actual virus to give more preciseOval instructions.

Good luck,

You need to download these three programs, because they are free to pack and get rid of strong blow viruses.

Malwarebytes:

Trojan

SmitFraudFix (optional, but only goes for the event)

Great to install and start it in Safe Mode! I can not emphasize enough. W hen you do not, the virus blocked the attempt to remove them. Be sure to run all the time and do not restart until all three are finished. Hope this helps! It worked for me, and had over 200 different malware.
