Home vegetables are cheaper bought as a business. Cherry trees should be cut to save maintenance costs in order to pay for the garden? (Sarcasm)
"And the new China, was bought by the Bush administration, paid for the Historical Society and not taxpayers' money.
And if:
"The First Family receives a substantial portion of the money after opening the White House to be renovated. Period, although a second."
So where is the outcry when it was when Bush took office? TWICE!

The garden will be paid by the Presidential Commission on the budget for a living. I am amused that you have complaints about it. It is a good example, has a healthy diet, and principal as the White House a whole head off and think Cordon Bleu kitchen staff, spending barely.

Hell, is the cultivation of the Rose Garden probably cost more.

Yes, our taxes pay for it.

And new interior.
And the new China
Oh, and the new carpet in the rest of the staff.

The First Family receives a substantial portion of the money after opening the White House to be renovated. Even if you have a second term.
